Peaceful Cabin with Shimmery White Masking

The stars and snow glisten with green and red sparkle created using the Shimmery White Embossing Paste over one of the Adorning Designs Decorative Masks. The photo does not do the image justice. Much more colour and sparkle in person.

 

 Supplies:

Stamp Set(s): Peaceful Cabin Bundle (156816) which includes Peaceful Cabin Cling Stamp Set (156395)

 

Card Stock: Evening Evergreen 8-1/2" X 11" Cardstock (155574); Basic White 8-1/2" X 11" Cardstock (159276)

 

Designer Series Paper: Peaceful Place 12" X 12" Designer Series Paper (156394) 

 

Stamp Pad(s) and Ink(s): Jet Black Stazon Pad (101406); Shimmery White Embossing Paste (145645)

 

Dies, Embossing Folder(s):  Adorning Designs Decorative Masks (156328); Cabin Dies (156404); Hippo & Friends Dies (153585) (or other die or punch for greeting)

 

Embellishments: Evening Evergreen 3/8" (1 Cm) Open Weave Ribbon (1555730); 2021–2023 In Color Jewels (155571)

 

Tools: Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (149653); Palette Knives (142808);

Stamparatus (146276) or Clear Block E (118484)

 

Miscellaneous: Stampin’ Seal (152813) and Dimensionals (104430) 


Measurements:

Evening Evergreen 4.25”x11”
       Basic White 2.5”x5.5”
       Basic White 2”x1”
       Designer Series Paper 4”x5.25”

 

Instructions:

Step 1: Score Evening Evergreen cardstock at 5.5”

Step 2: Tape mask over the designer series paper and using palette knife smooth the Shimmery White Embossing Paste over the mask. Remove mask and place designer series paper aside to dry.

Step 3: Stamp the cabin image on the larger piece of basic white cardstock aligning the cabin to far left side of the cardstock using Stazon Ink. Die cut the cabin image.

Step 4: Stamp the greeting on the smaller piece of basic white using Stazon Ink. Die cut or punch out the greeting.

Step 5: Smooth the embossing paste thinly over both die cut pieces – cabin and greeting.

Step 5: Wrap the Evening Evergreen ribbon across the designer series paper and adhere.

Step 6: Glue the designer series paper to the front of the card leaving small margins at top and sides.

Step 7: Adhere the cabin die cut piece along bottom front of card with dimensionals leaving a small margin at bottom.

Step 8: Affix greeting with dimensionals.

Step 9: Add the jewels as you wish. Here they are in the middle of the embossed stars.
